Which scores should I submit?

Test 1: 770/670/790 10 essay
Test 2: 800/770/790 9 essay

For schools that allow score-choice: Should I sumbit both SAT sittings because of the higher essay score in the first or just my second sitting because of the low math in the first?

I would just send Test 2 even if the school used score choice. The difference between a 10 and a 9 on the essays given the overall scores is not meaningful

Test 2 only. The difference between a 9 and 10 is very small. They may not even look at essay scores.

Agree. The essay score holds very little sway from everything I’ve read. When the school really cares about writing they’ll look at your essays. My son got a WR 740 with a 6 in essay and it didn’t seem to impact admissions. But
