I have taken SATsubject Test few times and these are following scores I have.

800 Math II
800 US History
800 Physics
760 World Hisotry
730 Biology M
720 Chemistry

Should I use only 800s or 800s and world, or all?

I am applying to top schools including harvard, princeton, mit, etc.
please, I am seriously stressed about this. help!

Just use all of them. They’re all very good scores and none of them will detract from your application, even with top schools like HYPS. If you’re still worried though, use the ones that you feel suit your interests/major the most.

All of your scores are incredible, and you can get in easily if you use all of them and have good extra curriculars to back you up. But, since you have so many perfect scores, I might be inclined to not send in the 730 and 720 which might detract from how insanely flawless your scores are. Having three 800s and one 760 might look better. And that’s four subject tests right there. That’s plenty, and maybe sending in 6 is going overboard. But that’s just my opinion. You really can’t go wrong either way.

Uh…clearly a new poster, since the OP listed highly competitive schools.

Still, you have great scores–why not just send the perfect ones?

I was accepted to Princeton University last week, and one of my SAT Subject Test scores was in the low 700s, just like the OP’s two scores. You don’t need flawless scores to get in. But I agree with you, sending the perfect ones would look better.

Do the Ivies even use Score Choice? I think they’ll see all your scores anyways. But they’re all good so it won’t matter.

harvard princeton dartmouth and etc colleges have score choice. yale upenn i think do not. not sure about columbia and cornell.
