Hi guys,
I’m applying to Brown for the 2015 fall semester, and I had some questions about which scores to send. So I took the ACT twice and got a 34 and a 35 (super score 36), and since I did better on different sections on both tests I’ll be sending both of those for sure. I’m also sending in SAT Subject Test scores. I got a 2290 on the SAT the one time I took it. Is it worth sending in? I’m just scared that they’ll see that I sent in subject test scores, but not the regular score and that they’ll think that I did poorly on it and that might hurt my chances. What do you guys think?
Thanks in advance :D

According to the ACT, a score range between 2290 and 2370 is equivalent to a 35 ACT. So your SAT and ACT scores are identical.

I highly doubt anyone would see the lack of an SAT score and assume you did badly – honestly, only paranoid applicants think that way. But I don’t see how your SAT scores would hurt you – unless the breakdown was 800 writing, 800 in either CR or math and 690 on the third one.

^^ Agreed. You can either send the SAT I score in or not. It won’t help or hurt either way. For simplicity, I would just send in the ACT. Many kids just send ACT scores and subject tests. My daughter did for Harvard and it worked out fine.
