Which Should I Choose?

Ok. I have a dilemma concerning whether to do early decision for Cornell or early action for MIT. I'm a Junior, and here's the basics of my resume:

ACT: 35 Composite
Science: 36
Math: 35
English: 35
Reading: 32

SAT: 2220 (taking it again soon)
Math: 760
Writing: 750
CR: 710

SAT II Tests: (took 2 math's to help my chances to get an 800 on one of them...)
Math I: 800
Math II: 800
Physics: Currently self-studying to take soon

Major extracurriculars/Accomplishments: (I exclude the small stuff like low-maintenance clubs)
Key Club starting Sophomore year
Job tutoring kids 8 hours/week in math (for one year this June)
Planning to help in physics research at my local university this summer.
1st Place in State-wide mathematics competition for the past 2 years.
4.0 Unweighted GPA
1st in class of 129

In case you haven't guessed yet, I probably will double-major in mathematics or physics and subsequently go onto a grad school and further study either pure mathematics or theoretical physics. The 2 schools which I really like (and I visited both of them) are Cornell and MIT, but I liked MIT slightly better. However, I can't decide whether to do early decision for Cornell, which would force me to go there if I got in, or to risk it and try early action for MIT.

Also, I would like to point out that any responses here will be taken as mere suggestions for me. Don't feel like you could potentially ruin my life by giving your opinion. I just want to know what you perceive as the wisest course of action.

Thanks.

Don’t apply ED unless you’re ABSOLUTELY sure that’s where you want to go. You can apply there RD and MIT EA and then decide. You don’t want to apply early just because you want to get in there and then realize you liked somewhere else better.

You want to major in math and physics? Why is this even a question?

MIT all the way.
