Wow..That was very helpful. Thanks! Im still confused on how to apply to a program like this though. Does anyone know?

I don't think you can apply..i think you have to be invited to the program. For UCSd , for example, if you have a 4.0 or above GPa and have a 2250 or greater SAT score, they will invite you for an interview. And based on how well you demonstrate your interest in medicine and what not, they will decide on whether to admit you to the program. However, I would like to warn you that these programs are highly highly highly selective. These programs that do not require the MCAT only accept 20 people, or even less.

Darn it..I was hoping to apply to something like this..Isnt there something like you can apply to a premed and if you do good you are automatically accepted to their med school? (avoiding the MCAT)

Again, it depends on the program.

For the BS/MD programs, you would apply to the program as you apply to the undergraduate school. Sometimes there is a separate application form, while other times it's simply a matter of checking a box on the regular application and writing an extra essay ("Why do you want to become a doctor?")

If accepted into the BS/MD program, you are guaranteed a spot in med school, as long as you fulfill certain requirements (complete pre-med courses, maintain a minimum GPA, etc.)

There are other programs known as "Early Assurance Programs" that you would apply to as a college sophomore. Those programs allow you to apply to med school as a sophomore, and if accepted, you would be able to complete the other two years of undergraduate before entering medical school. It allows you to relax somewhat during the last two years.
