Which Subject score to send? Please help me dedide

<p>I didn’t know you had to send specific SAT IIs… why not just send them both? They’re both good scores, so I would just send all of them, instead of picking and choosing. But if i’m mistaken and you have to select one of them to send, then I would tell you to go look at your scores on collegeboard and see which one had the higher percentile, and send that one! I don’t think it matters that you took chemistry in 10th grade personally and I would just go off the percentile.</p>

<p>The OP has no choice to make: Y does NOT accept score choice, so when SATs are submitted, ALL SAT Is and SAT IIs are sent.</p>

<p>Also, just for clarification:
My understanding about Yale not accepting score choice is that if you take the same test multiple times they need all the scores pertaining to that test. So multiple SAT Is need to be reported. Similarly, say I took Math II twice, then they need both the scores. However if I took 4 different subject SATs (each only once) they only need two of those. I got this reply from the Yale help e-mail (one of the current Yale students replied).</p>

<p>As long as you fulfill our testing requirement with a complete set of score reports from one agency (either the SAT or the ACT), you are not required to report scores from both agencies. You can choose either to report all of your SAT results (both SAT I and SAT II) or all of your ACT results, according to the directions above. If you want us to have scores from both the SAT and the ACT, you must report all scores from both tests, again using the directions for each agency that we have provided above.

<p>with due respects, I think the Yale web-site information is confusing and maybe needs to be clearer. I still feel that when they say all SAT IIs they mean all multiple retakes of each of the SAT IIs that you submit for consideration (i.e. to fulfill the two SAT II requirement)and not all the separate SAT IIs that you have taken (e.g. once each of say math, physics, english, chem, history, etc.). below is the excerpt of the communication I had, using their help e-mail. I might call them up and get a clarification.</p>

<p>Just got off the phone talking to a Yale admissions officer. All SAT II scores need to be sent i.e if 2 tests are taken send all instances of taking those 2, if 3 SAT IIs are taken then send all instances of taking those 3 and so forth.</p>

<p>so case closed so far as I am concerned. Thanks to all those who replied.</p>
