Which subject test is easy to learn in a few months if one only had a brief understanding and/or knowledge of the subject?

This is highly subjective. If you're a math/science person, you'd find it easy to teahc yourself the material for a math/science exam. If you're not, you'd find it extremely difficult. Same goes for the languages.

Well i am pretty solid in math and science and i plan on taking the SAT II math 2c test. However, im perplexed as to the second test to take. Ill be senior next year and my school doesnt offer physics til senior year, so im taking honors phyiscs( cant take AP for some reason). However, I did take honors AMerican history and honors chem sophomore year and honors world history this past year. But i dont know if ill be better off teach myself physics or chem or memorizing all those history facts??????

It really depends on how comfortable you are with the material. I find that chem focuses a lot on concepts rather than just pure memorization, but, needless to say, there's still a lot of memorization involved. I don't really think there's that much memorization in physics. If you have a solid math background, I'm sure you'll be fine for the exam.
