Which summer program for summer 2009?

Hi everyone, I am currently a senior in high school and will be attending Boston College in the Fall, however, I was considering applying to the Cornell summer program because Cornell had been my number one choice before I was rejected. I have read a few threads regarding whether or not the summer school actually helps students get admitted into Cornell and it seems kind of split because there are indeed a lot of variables to consider because of the differing students applying. So basically I am just curious about people's feedback on whether Cornell is worthwhile as a summer program that could possibly help me transfer next year, or perhaps there are some better programs out there such as UPenn's or others that I have not come across. I did attend Harvard Summer School last year for eight weeks because it seemed to be a great program and I since I live just outside of Boston, it made things easy. I really loved the professors and the academic side of the program, but was not crazy about most of the student population and disorganization of the program. Thanks guys.
