Which summer program is better?

Hi,
I've the opportunity to get into one of these summer program:

The Research Science Institute RSI
Pre-College Summer Program @ Brown
Center for Talent Youth CTY (@Johns Hopkins)
Pre-College Summer Program In Johns Hopkins
Summer Institute for Gifted (SIG)
The Oxbridge Academic Programs (British program)

And I'd like to ask some questions about these program:
1- What is the best 3 programs of these program? considering it's free (no worries about the tuition)

2- I just have a little information about each program, so, what kind of education I'd get from each program?

3- is there a difference between Princeton's SIG or Stanford's(+UCB's..UCLA's...etc)? If its yes, then, Which one is the best? is it SIG that is in Princeton?

Are you a freshman/sophomore?

No, I’m a junior…

You got into all those programs already?

No!, I haven’t been to any of these program!
But next summer I’ll go to one of these program, and that’s why im asking which one of these program is the best!
So what do you think are the best 3 programs of these 6?

I believe that the majority of these have a tuition cost.

RSI is by far the best, but admissions are extremely selective.

The remaining 5… just choose one that interests you. Don’t choose one because you think it will help you in college admissions.

You need to look up what the programs are and decide which one(s) are best for you.
