Which summer programs = Stanford admittance?

Does anyone believe that their admittance to Stanford was a result of a certain summer program that they attended?

Anyone know of any specific summer activities/programs which will raise admission chances?

RSI
QUESTLeadership
CCIS

the question isn't which summer program, it's what you will make of it/how it will change you. But I did Amigos & got in...

No specific summer program will get you in to Stanford. Sustained commitment to extra-curricular activities and a sincere interest in a few specific areas will. I didn't do any notable summer programs during my high school career (I had to work some of the summers), so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Do what you think will be the best use of your time.

SUMaC (Stanford Math Camp) seemed to help a lot with all the SUMaC Stanford EA applicants... the problem is that it's difficult to analyze if the applicants from those programs just happen to be strong on their own or if it's the summer program that gave them the extra boost and got them in.

whats QUEST or CCIS?

CCIS = Stanford School of Medicine - Immunology

Internship, Research, Learn from Nobel Prize Winners

The only thing impressive enough to serve as a major hook for you would b e RSI, in my opinion.

However, as someone else said, it's really hard to distinguish whether it was the summer program or the student's overall accomplishments that got him/her in.

i know quest scholars that were denied.

I did Junior Statesmen Summer School at Stanford

and I got in.
