I deciding between my APUSH and my AP World/Govt. teacher to write my rec letter for colleges (some Ivies and a few match/safeties). Please help me decide!

I had Teacher A (APUSH) junior year. I didn't really like her teaching methods at first (too stringent) but second semester changed everything. A documentary project that me and my group practically threw together last minute ended up impressing her so much that she convinced us to submit to regional history fair. We won 1st. After dozens more hours of research, interviews, critiques, editing, etc. we went to state and got 2nd. This qualified us for Nationals (first time in the history of our school; teacher had done history fair for almost 10 years). After going to D.C. together, I got to know Teacher A really well and she seems to be impressed with me. I'm definitely not one of her favorites (one of my close friends is), but she understand my work ethnic and creativity. I know she can write a really good rec because she also used to teach English. Btw, I got a 4 in the APUSH exam :/ (but a 800 on the SAT II)

I had Teacher B sophomore and senior year. I'm the Vice President of the club she sponsors and she LOVES me. She told my mom I was a great leader, a great artist, etc. (I sometimes do art commissions for her). In the past weeks we transformed the club from zero interest to a TON of new members. I'm probably closer to Teacher B personally than Teacher A. But I'm also rather quiet in her classes (I'm not too fond of politics). This might hurt me in the "meaningful class participation" section. I got a 5 on the AP World exam.

So please let me know who you think I should ask! My mom says Teacher A but my best friend says Teacher B. It might be easier for one of you to look at this objectively and tell me who would give me the best chances at my dream schools :)
