Hi. I haven't sent any score reports yet, but I'm done with my SAT I testing (I couldn't break 2200 so I'm just settling with what I've already got)

I've narrowed it down to my first or third tests. On my first one, I got 2160 (680 M, 680 CR, 800 W) and on my third one I got 2150 (660 M, 740 CR, 750 W). Overall both scores are really close, but the first set's M + CR is only 1360, while the second one is 1400. But, the 800 in Writing from the first test feels sad to give up if I send the third score. But people say colleges don't really care about writing.

So, should I send the third score (2150; 660 M, 740 CR, 750 W)? Thanks for any input.

I didn’t think you had a choice what tests to send… don’t they all send when you choose to send one? Most colleges will superscore anyway, taking the best score of each section. Correct me if I’m wrong. :)

A lot of colleges superscore - why not send both and have a 2220?

I think a 740 CR is much more impressive than a 680, so if I had to chose just one I would lean toward losing the 800 W to get the 1400 CR + M. A 750 W isn’t bad.

Thanks. Actually, if you superscore, I would have 2240 because on my second test I got 700 in math. It’s sad, because I usually did better on practice tests in math and got between 700 and 770 most times. 700 still seems low.
