I love my American Pageant!
David Kennedy came to speak at our school a few weeks ago. We were SO excited.

The American Pageant had some weird analogies and metaphors. My friend wrote them all down in a notebook as we read it once.

I’m taking APUSH next year, and I just got my copy of The American Pageant last week. I already read the chapter on Wilsonian Progressivism, it’s a good book.

o.O I don’t understand. I disliked that book so much. Maybe because I’m more of a science/math person.

enduring vision… its ok haha

I LOVE THE AMERICAN PAGEANT!

That’s supposed to be in all caps, but apparently CC doesn’t like that. How am I supposed to express my love for this textbook without caps lock!?! Fix’d!

Our AP class used The Unfinished Nation by Alan Brinkley. I like it quite a bit. It’s really dense, but I like that because it doesn’t have all the fluff that most textbooks seem to have. There were a couple other books we used too, but that’s the main one. It’s a pretty much legendary book at my school.

American Pageant 12th Edition for Honors/AP

Will this version of the American Pageant do? (I can’t really afford expensive textbooks, lol :))

Also, how long does it take to cover? Can I use it for the SAT and the AP?
