<p>I'm applying to UPenn, NYU, Indiana and Ohio State as a transfer.</p>
<p>I need a backup. I was thinking of MSU, Penn State, or Iowa(Tippie). Please rank them from best to worst.</p>

<p>If you are realistically considering Penn, then OSU and Indiana should be "backups" for you.</p>

<p>Bizkid, I didn't say otherwise. Indeed, Penn is a reach to most people. But to even consider it realisticially, an applicant should be at a certain level. I assume that since you are seeking to transfer into Penn, you are well over a 3.5 student at a respected university. If that's the case, IU and OSU should be pretty safe. Besides, MSU and PSU are just as selective as IU and OSU.</p>
