Which to Read First?

Hey guys!

Any suggestions on which order I should read my summer reading books in? I've already completed "The Future of Freedom" for AP Comp Gov and have 3 for AP English:

Beowulf
Hamlet
How to Read Literature Like a Professor

We have a test on the 5th day of school--which should I start with?

Thanks!

The third one sounds easiest. Start with that so you still have momentum when you’re done with it.
Then read the other ones like a professor.

I say read Hamlet first because it takes longer (or for me at least) to understand and analyze Shakespeare

sparknotes, dont read them

I enjoyed Beowulf a lot. And I think it’s a great story.

How to Read Literature Like a Professor. We had to read that for AP Lit too; reading it first will help you analyze the other two a little easier.

If you’re going to read hamlet, read through the no-fear shakespeare version first. Trust me, it’ll help you out in discussions and essays, otherwise you’ll just be guessing the meaning of some passages along with the rest of your class.
