Which to submit?

Should I send my ACT score of 31: E- 32, M-33, R-27, S-32, C-31 (I didn't recieve my Writing score back yet), or my SAT score of 1950: M:680, R:640, W:630, or send both.
When I use college *******, my chances are 65% into JHU with both scores, but if I only put my ACTs, it jumps up to 81%. I have very good extracurriculars, volunteering, and am in the top 2% of my class.
My choices of school.

1- JHU (Early Decision)

2- UC Berkeley

3- UCLA

4- Carnegie Mellon

5- UChicago

6- Rice

7- George Washington University

8- Georgetown University

9- UPenn

Thank You!

Submit your ACT scores. A 31 on your ACT would roughly be equal to a 2050 on your SAT. Correct me if I’m wrong though!

Good luck!

Need more information to chance though. Chance me please? : )

Submit the ACT. Of course, some colleges require you submit all your scores from both the ACT and the Collegeboard. Keep that in mind!
