<p>they could also have "0" because they don't put much thought into URMs kinda like the UC's. Who knows tho, ur scores are great no matter wat.</p>
<p>Check out the University of Michigan. John Holland, one of the pillars of modern day cognitive sciences, actively teaches undergrads at the University of Michigan, which happens to have top rated Biology and Philosophy departments.</p>
<p>JHU might make research a requirment for bio/neuro check it out.</p>
