Which top engineeering colleges least consider extracurricular

Like the weakest part of my application is my extra curricular I have a few but they aren't amazing at all. Pathetic actually.
Also preferably which give aid.
From all the ivys I found out Princeton's

Very Important

Academic GPA
Application Essay
Character/Personal Qualities
Class Rank
Recommendations
Rigor of secondary school record
Standardized Test Scores
Talent/Ability

While extra curricular is just important

Important

Extracurricular Activities

Academic GPA Not sure but my predicted grades at 4 A*
Application Essay they are good
Character/Personal Qualities
Class Rank my school doesnt rank
Recommendations=probably good my teachers like me
Rigor of secondary school record=Most rigourous
Standardized Test Scores=2300 superscore sat 1 /2400 single sitting sat 2

Schools in Canada don’t care about ECs

For colleges below ECs are relegated to “considered” (which means only in borderline cases and if you are looking at Princeton, then you are not borderline):

Illinois Institute of Technology
Maryland
Massachusetts (UMASS-Amherst)
North Carolina State
Penn State
Purdue
Rose-Hulman
SUNY Buffalo
SUNY Stony Brook
Virginia Polytechnic
Wisconsin

Aid is hard to come by at out-of-state publics, but you might get some merit aid.

You might also mention you are an international student because that makes a difference on what aid is available.

Caltech, but it awards a very limited amount of aid to internationals.

Thank you so much everyone and yes I am an international

Texas A&M if you qualify for the automatic admission criteria does not consider anything else:
http://admissions.tamu.edu/international/freshman

However, the deadline may have already passed.

Add the University of Minnesota to ClassicRockerDad’s list in post #3. Very good engineering school, ECs only “considered.” Admission is pretty much by the numbers, i.e., GPA + test scores. Not a lot of aid for internationals but COA for OOS and international students is low relative to engineering schools of similar quality.

Depending on what you mean by “top schools”, you may want to see if any of the schools in this list with engineering qualifies:
