<p>Add the University of Minnesota to ClassicRockerDad’s list in post #3. Very good engineering school, ECs only “considered.” Admission is pretty much by the numbers, i.e., GPA + test scores. Not a lot of aid for internationals but COA for OOS and international students is low relative to engineering schools of similar quality.</p>
