These are reaches. They are supposed to be places that you really don’t expect to have much of a chance to be admitted at. So, pick the ones you like, and go ahead and apply. If you are a NYS resident, Cornell Ag & Life Sciences, or Human Ecology would serve your goals perfectly well, and traditionally have been easier to get into than Arts & Sciences.
