Which UC is the best for engineering?

I know the University of Colorado has three branches: Boulder, Denver, and Colorado. (If there are more, please tell me.)

Which of these are the best for engineering?

What other colleges in Colorado are transfer friendly* and are good for engineering?

*Transfer friendly:
•liberal credit acceptance policies
•generous merit/financial aid (more than a $1,000 scholarship)

Not sure about transfer friendliness but the CO school of mines has an Engineering Program:

Boulder is the best of the UCs. Mines has a great reputation, but has no ABET accredited ME. Of the CSUs, Ft. Collins is the best. The feel of each campus/town is fairly different and each has it’s own teaching style. Sorry, don’t know about transfer friendliness. My guess the easiest to transfer to would be CSU. It’s the only one to grant WUE which is a reasonable gauge of how impacted (or lack there of) a school is. Good luck.
