Which UCs accept winter/spring transfer applications?

<p>Is it possible to transfer to any UC for the winter or spring quarter, even if it requires an appeal? If so, which ones?</p>

<p>All of the UCs have closed Winter/Spring terms, except Merced, due to the budget crisis. Given the state of the economy, it’s unlikely any of the UCs, except Merced, will open up Winter/Spring any time soon.</p>
