Which UCs need personal statement in your transfer applications?

I know UC Berkeley and UCLA need personal statements what about other UCs?

They all do, its the same application, so same prompts, word limits etc…

All the UCs require the personal statement, but some hold more weight on it than others. It’s mainly used at UCB, UCLA, and for scholarships.

As mentioned, you only write 2 essays that are sent to all UC schools, some pay more attention than others, some might not even read it but you don’t send individual essays to each.
