Out of all the UCs, which ones would I have a good chance at? Which would be my safe schools?

I feel really discouraged because there's really nothing special to me, so I feel like the only one I'll get into is UCR. (Not that UCR is bad, but it's literally only 10 minutes away from my house and I was picturing my college to be farther if you know what I mean.)

I'm completely average, I even scored the exact average on the SAT test. (1540). I might retake it, but I need to see how I'll do on the ACT this weekend first. (Let's estimate for now and say I'll get at least a 24/25)

By the end of this year, I would have taken 6 AP classes.

Every year in high school, I've taken at least 3 AP/honors classes a year.

My weighted GPA isn't too good, it's at a 3.8. (But since UCs don't even see my senior grades on the application, there's no way it's going up.)

Unweighted GPA is 3.4.

Cal Grant is 3.3. (It's lower than I thought)

I've been in 5-6 clubs in total, adding up to around 80 hours of community service.

Thinking about majoring in engineering.

And also, which Cal states should I apply to? I'm thinking about the Cal Polys, but I know that SLO will probably be a long shot.

Thinking about my actual chances to these schools honestly makes me depressed because I've always aimed for these UCs since I was little.

I'm not planning on applying anywhere out of state since I originally live in CA
