Which undergrad business school?

Hello all, first time poster here.

I'm a HS senior this year and I've heard back on my admissions so far. The two main schools I have been considering are USC (Marshall) and Santa Clara U (Leavey School of Business). I know USC is a much more prestigious and has a bigger name, but I'm unsure as to how to compare the two. USC is ranked overall #23 on US News, and Marshall is #10 for undergrad business. SCU is #2 for masters universities on US News in the West (It isn't a national university like USC), but US News has its undergrad business at #75. Business week has the two much closer with Marshall being #34 for undergrad (it regressed a lot from 2010) and Leavey at #35 (it improved since 2010).

In terms of FA I have yet to hear from USC but I have been awarded essentially full tuition from SCU, which is great. How I like the campus/school etc. aside, how should I compare these two schools?

bump, USC FA awards came out and I would essentially be paying 45k a year to attend. It could happen but does anyone think it would be worth it? Again, I’m unsure how the two programs compare.

Do you plan to attend graduate school?

I don’ think it is worth it. Business as an undergrad is nothing to pay up for (have to acknowledge the USC almuni network, though.) How you do will depend on the jobs you land and untimately how you perform in them. Santa Clara is a good school with a wholistic approach to education. It is well know in the Silicon Valley and Bay Area, at least. For you to get such an award is awesome, congratulations. If you work hard you can graduate at or near the top of your class and your prospects are golden.
