Which universities can I get into?

My average GPA is around 3.9 out of 4 scale. But my SAT score is 1660.
I have ECAs like soccer, cultural club activities and I play in a Band. Can I get into universities like NYU?

Your GPA is above the average but your SAT score is quite low. Your ECs might be a little lacking considering your SAT. You must have strong letter of recs, and essays if you want to make up for the difference.
NYU might be a reach for you.
