Which universities don't require TOEFL for an International student ?

Some universities provide TOEFL waived if an international student secure 480+ on Critical Reading ( SAT ) . I need list of such universities .

If u were educated in English and are fluent, then contact any university and ask for a waiver.

some universities will give you a waiver if English is your main language of instruction for the last 2 years - Grinnell is one of them
