UVA and UMD-CP for CS can’t be considered safeties. Regardless of your stats, their selectivity is such that you can’t count on getting in - that’s what a safety is: a school you’re sure you will get into, like, and can afford.
Purdue and IIT are two very different universities. Both are tech-oriented, but one is in a college town and one is in a huge city, one is very large and one is very small, one is fairly easy to access but may restrict your access to the major whereas the other is more supportive…
Also, what’s your parents’ budget? Have you run the NPCs on these universities?
