Which University should I choose?

I have been accepted to several university,so I was comparing it, but still doesn’t know which one to choose.
Accepted: ASU, OSU, MSU, SJSU, Virginia Tech, PSU
Waitlisted: UMN, UCI
Major: Computer Science

The factors that I considered:

The cost of the university:
Got scholarship from :ASU 14500$/yr
MSU 10000$/yr

Does it have freshman or sophomore internship(I couldn’t find any information about this)
I was thinking about this because of transfering out to a better school, so having working experience would be nice for me.

Ranking
This is kind of a factor because I was thinking that I would transfer to other Universities like UC Berkerly , UIUC, UT Austin, Gatech, so I was thinking that going to a university that are less competitive to earn GPA, but If I don’t sucessfully transfer out it would be a problem, or else I need to have to study Master Degree

One last thing is that I was admitted to OSU with a computer andi information science major, I don’t really know what this major is about and the difference between computer science.
and I was considering to write an appeal letter to UCI and UMN if these are not a university for me I wouldn’t write one.
