which way to go? HeLp pLz

Okay, few questions.

I heard transfer from elite school to Harvard is hard, so I didn't know which school I should attend if I am accepted. Wherever I end up going, I'm going to try transfer to Harvard. So I want to go where I have the highest chance in successful transfer to Harvard. I think High ones won't be supportive of transfer and Harvard considers Community college level too easy, so I can't decide. So which? High (Dartmouth, Cornell, Columbia), mid(UCLA, Emory, Rice) or foreign (Canada's McGill, college in Latin America)??????
To make High ones during RD, I better retake my SAT this January, but this is my third time. High score on january still means no chance at Harvard this time:( I heard SAT is especially important to sophomore transfers, so perhaps I should prepare more and take it later? I think 4 times would look bad on the report.:( no? I want my transfer application to have high scores..... Do they want transfers to retake SAT?
Should I apply to Harvard RD to let them know how much I want to go there or would it be bad because they would remember me as unqualified student year before when I apply for transfer? Please help me! thank you.
Um here is my high school stat
hs high ranked
gpa 3.5~3.6?
sat cr 600 w 650 m 780, sat 2 math level 2 760 and biology 600
ec, recs good; interview very good (no interview off for transfer, so i need high score)

what is so important about harvard. If you could get into Cornell, Columbia or even Rice or emory, why not just see how it goes. Now, if you have a great reason for absolutely wanting harvard, you ought to apply. But, pick your school based on the assumption that you won't get into harvard. To do otherwise would be silly. School is what you make of it, not simply a name brand.

I second lookin4school absolutely.
