which would be a good summer program for me?

So I'm applying to a few summer programs, and I was wondering which one would be best for me in terms of:

-I'm a very sciencey, mathy girl who wants to ultimately go to a business school (Wharton is my first choice, then MIT Sloan).
-I have okay stats and good test scores (235 PSAT, 800Bio, 800Chem. as of last year, a 3.9 uw and 4.4 weighted. as of this year, my mid-semester grades aren't so hot but that's okay xD)
-not too expensive ($3000 MAX!)
-not during schooltime (school ends June 20th)
-I like science and math especially
-Something that is pretty selective and doesn't just accept everyone who pays.
-Prestige with colleges?

I'm considering

-MIT WTP
-SSP @ Cali
-Carnegie Mellon Summer for Diversity
-NJ Gov School for the Sciences

which one would be better and/or more prestigious?
and any other recommendations? :)

well.. the NJ gov school's deadline is already past...and ssp is only for harvard, right?? (correct me if im wrong) and i doubt carnegie mellon will look that good cuz it's first of all not a very good college, at least compared to where you want to go to

^lol i applied to most of em, and just wanna see which one i should go if i could choose.

-ssp is not for harvard, it's the one in california (summer science)
-the carnegie mellon summer for diversity is actually free, which I would think would make it selective and stuff
