I am currently a rising senior with a GPA that is roughly a 97. I have thus taken 7 APs and I am either taking 4 or 5 APs next year. Anyways those two facts are besides the point.

I got a 1920 on the SAT (R-600 M-710 W-600)

I also received a 31 on the ACT (E-31 M-32 R-30 S-29) Writing is TBD.

I'm not sure if this tidbit of information would help but I am a low-income, African-American that is a first generation college student (I guess these are "hooks")

I am going to take a 6 week intensive for the SAT and I plan to get it to at least a 2100 next time.

Work hard on pushing your ACT > 33 or SAT > 2200, at least. That’ll be no mean feat to achieve, but just one or either should be ok. Harvard prefers neither SAT or ACT.
As to which of your test result is better - your ACT 31 or SAT 1920: perhaps the ACT of 31. Both are at the low end for H though, URM or no URM.

They want SAT or ACT, plus two SAT Subject tests. Be sure to read “Standardized test requirements” or policy for each school you plan to apply. It’s usually available on the school website.

Finally, remember that standardized test scores are just one important part of their “holistic” admission requirements. Beyond that, no one can really say or be sure they’ll get in
