Which Would be Better Schedule?

I am looking to apply to UCs for engineering… how would this affect course rigor. With Schedule 1 I would take 10-11 APs, with schedule 2 I would take 11-12 APs.

Obviously schedule #1 with a 4.0 is the preferred schedule. :slight_smile: I have no idea why you are anticipating grades when the year is just starting.

For college admissions, the difference between 11 and 12 AP courses is negligible, IMO.

@skieurope Thanks for the feedback… But what if schedule 1 gives 4.0, while schedule 2 gives 3.96, would you still prefer schedule 1? I am predicting grades because the drop deadline for classes is in 1 week!

The difference between and 4.0 and 3.96 is statistically insignificant, so yes.
