Which would be better to submit?

<p>I’d send in both. The 31 ACT is a ~1380 sat, divide by 2=690 per section. 700 SatII is better than the reasoning average. I don’t know if this reason is valid, but that would be my justification.</p>

<p>If a 700 on whatever SAT II you took is somehow > 95th percentile, then I would go ahead. Else I would not bother, especially for a lone, mediocre SAT II score.</p>
