Which would be the best option for my summer (rising junior)?

Hi! I’m a current sophomore (rising junior) looking at summer programs, and I’m considering the following 3:

Smith College SSEP: https://www.smith.edu/academics/precollege-programs/ssep

Penn Pre-College Program (Biol 101): http://www.sas.upenn.edu/summer/programs/high-school/pre-college

COSMOS (I’m out of state so my chances are small): https://cosmos-ucop.ucdavis.edu/app/main/page/about-cosmos

(I might also consider other pre college programs, such as ones at Brown, WashU, Stanford etc, but I’ve heard they’re not actually that helpful on college applications. What do you think?)

I’m interested in bio/chem and want to have some research experience over the summer, but as a current sophomore and international student whose school offers biology junior year, my options are limited for this year.

Can anyone give a pointer on which option would be the best for someone who wants to do biochem / medicine in the future? Or better alternatives? Any help is appreciated!
