<p>Anyone who has applied receive anything yet besides confirmation emails that their application was sent?</p>
<p>I applied for spring 2011 and have yet to hear anything. Has anyone heard anything/is anyone aware of when they will begin conducting interviews?</p>

<p>the website says we’re beginning notification “the week of november 15 on a rolling basis” (whatever that means)…from the history of this discussion board though it appears as though sometime in the near future (as the nov. 15 notification week is a few weeks away) they’ll start sending “vitals emails” and conducting interviews</p>

<p>& I would assuming on a rolling basis means as they are reviewing the apps. so everyone who will be accepted will NOT all know on november 15, but they will start knowing by then!</p>
<p>I got a confirmation email when I sent in my application and then separate confirmation emails when my recommendations were submitted but that’s all I’ve received so far</p>

<p>I applied to the Domestic Policy Council as my first choice and the Office of the First Lady as my second choice. I don’t remember the exact order of the other departments I put down. What about you?</p>

I did the office of health care reform and I can’t remember the rest. I think the office of the First Lady was one of the top.
I wonder if they extended the deadline because there were not many applications?

<p>we can only hope, right? I would have to imagine that the spring and fall applicant pool is much smaller than in the summer so we have that going for us as well.</p>
