Yep, I received one too. Now it’s just a matter of money. :)

^Same! The portal has links regarding FA - anyone know if they are posting that online tonight? Is that part of what goes up at midnight?

I guess I’ll see :)

Wow… emotional week. Admitted and super duper excited now.

I’m in, too! Congrats to everyone!!!

so did i not get in… because i got no email, and when i logged into my account, all i got was “application complete.”

shoots…this was seriously my first first choice.

Accepted too! Will probably attend the reception in Seattle, and maybe the admitted students’ day. Congrats to everyone!

My daughter was admitted…but no change to status on web yet. Maybe at 12:00 westcoast time. Just a great email…after a long week!

Hm…this is making me worried. I haven’t gotten an email but my status on the portal says “decision pending”. Maybe it’s because I’m an international student? I am really hoping for some good news since I’ve had 3 rejections and 2 waitlists and no acceptances yet. Best of luck to all the other applicants! :)

Still no decision sadpanda

Accepted! I got the email yesterday too.

I got accepted yesterday too!

For international students who are waiting for decision out there like me, the decision will be available on Monday midnight. I have emailed Anne Thatcher.

"Hi youngblade810,

We are still finalizing international admission decisions and your status will be updated by midnight PST on Monday.

Sincerely,

Anne"

Thanks for posting her response, youngblade810! That explains why my status is still ‘decision pending’.

I just got the fat envelope. Did any potential whitties here about merit scholarships yet?

I am hoping to when I check the mail today ;)

International students who’re still waiting for their decisions to come out should check their accounts; mine’s already been updated.

I’ve been waitlisted, perhaps because of my substantial financial need or simply because of something in my application; even though I like Whitman a lot, I don’t think I’ll be staying on the waitlist. I’ve already been accepted to Reed, which I’d have picked over Whitman anyway, so I think I should withdraw from this particular race.

Good luck to the other waitlistees!

@DoinSchool
I got a merit scholarship in the acceptance packet. Didn’t apply for anything though.

Daughter received a very generous financial aid package–we are thrilled! Good luck to all!

@Ghostt: I was waitlisted too.

Waitlisted as well.
