Recs
Guidance Counselor- Awesome. She did a good job of pointing out how we've always bumped head when it comes to scheduling; she thinks I'm overdoing it and I always prove her wrong.
Dean- Ridiculously awesome letter. He's known me for years. (Interviews were not available in my area, so they suggested I have someone who knows me send in a rec)
AP Lang Teacher- never saw but I can imagine it was good
APUSH/ Psych teacher- Probably the best yet, she knows me really well, and is a licensed psychologist. I've had plenty of hour long talks about psych (my stated major) with her.

Work experience
Worked at my moms travel agency over the summer doing deliveries and filing etc.

Essay topic for common app: The one about the most important issue concerning our world.

With the optional supplemental essay I did something a little different that should stick out well. It highlights how well I understand what Duke is about and how I want to be a part of that.

Comments- I feel like my SAT scores are the only thing that aren't up to par. My ACT should make up for that though. 30's withing range I'd say. The charity benefit I did was pretty big, hopefully they recognize that.
