<p>I didn't bash Harvard, but I told her I got deferred EA. But at the same time I also told her that the only reason I didn't apply early to Princeton but because of ED (which she agreed was bad), but, even so, now I wish I had taken the plunge. As well, I told her how I thought Princeton just clicked with me much better. Some of that seems disingenuous, perhaps, but I was very sincere, and since its the truth, I had no problem telling her, "You've heard this before, but Princeton really is my first choice."</p>
