Who can fix this? ISIS has the wrong info for spring classes

My daughter, a current Advertising junior, is adding a minor. We just looked at her degree tracking audit and it has her registered for the wrong spring classes. We went back to check her spring schedule and it is still correct. So, the ISIS schedule/registration is correct but the ISIS tracking and degree audit, while it does have her prior classes/grades logged correctly, has listed her as registered for 4 engineering and art classes. What does she do now? Anyone have any experience with this?

Strangely enough I am experiencing the same problem. My schedule is correct but once you get to the degree audit I am being credited for 5 classes in progress that I've never even heard of. I assume there is some widespread glitch in the system and it should return to normal relatively soon considering people can definitely take advantage of this slip up

I am relieved that she is not the only one with this issue. Hopefully it will be fixed without her having to go see an advisor.

Haha, I'm in Digital Logic, Principles of Entomology, Interfacial Phenomena I, and Epidemiology & Biostatistics. Granted, I'm assuming those are the right classes to the numbers; I don't think they're all actually being offered this semester.

Lol I am in like intermediate chinese, some kind of advanced politics, linear theory or something?

Interesting... I seem to have Treatment Planning Periodontal Therapy, Environmental Law, Symphonic Band, Survey of Calculus, and two science labs (one of which I've already taken).

I have the same problem...

I would trust that the registered classes shown on the registration page is more accurate than the Degree Auidt.

Unfortunately the OUR is closed until next week.

What's the number for Environmental Law? Is it a grad class?

Problem's fixed
