Hey, so I'm done writing my letters of interest/wait-list letters, but can't figure out who I should address it to? Should it be a simple, "Dear Admissions Committee", and end with a "Sincerely"?

Also, would you say it's good enough to mail it to BOTH the Dean AND Admissions Office? Or should I just mail it to the Admissions Office, and E-MAIL the Dean? Or should I mail it to BOTH the Dean AND Admissions Office, and also E-MAIL both the Dean and Admissions Office too?

Is it better to mention that "If accepted off the wait-list to X school, I will enroll if acepted" during the beginning or end? I can fit it into both places, and they do make sense with the flow of the essay, but which would be better?

Know it's a lot of choices lol, but I can't figure it out, and don't want anything to be lost or anything.

Thanks!
