GO IRISH!

I’M SUPER EXCITED TOO!!!
I’m so glad that I chose Notre Dame and I cannot wait for next year!!!
Hahahha not to be rude but it’s kind of funny since your username is princetongirl

Haha yeah I made this account in early junior year when I thought the world began and ended with admission to Princeton (I had myself convinced that Princeton was the only good school in the country. haha I was soo naive!). But then I decided to stay in the midwest for college, found out about Notre Dame, and fell in love!

oh wow that’s cool
i fell in love with notre dame after the whole process of applying!
thank goodness notre dame was at least one of my choices because i cannot wait!!!

I’m so excited! I’ve wanted to go to Notre Dame for as long as I can remember. I have 6 relatives who went there, I’ve grown up a die-hard ND football fan (I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched Rudy lol), and I felt at home the two times I visited campus over the years. I applied EA and got deferred, which made me very nervous, but I broke down crying when I got my acceptance letter in late March, and my college decision had been made before I even finished reading it.

I’m from Los Angeles so I’ve always taken crap from USC alumns/fans/prospective students but finally I can say I’m officially a part of the ND community. GO IRISH!!! If there are other SoCal people out there, introduce yourself! haha

^Haha I know how you feel. I’ve been getting a lot of crap from all of my friends/family because I live deep in Wolverine country and the majority of my friends are going to UMich haha

LOL i’m from Oregon and hardly anyone at my school knows what Notre Dame is…

Key, I’m also from Oregon, haha. What part are you?

I’m from the Portland-ish area! Black’s law what part are you from?

I am too! What school are you?

So jealous of you guys! Hopefully I’ll be joining you all in August 2012 as a sophomore transfer.

You all made an awesome choice and are going to love Notre Dame. It’s a special place.

Black’s Law:

I go to Clackamas High School. Its kind of near Portland but its the suburbs. I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of it LOL

I am so ready to go to ND. I have literally dreamt of going there from the time I was little, but I never thought that I would be lucky enough to get in. I honestly have no idea what my life would be like if I wasn’t going to ND. My family lives and dies with everything Notre Dame and it will be such an exciting experience for myself and all of my family. This summer will be a long time to wait, I just want to get going and beat South Florida.

You all will not be dissapointed…
Notre Dame is everything you imagined. Son is finishing up his freshman year and is walking on cloud nine. Profs, student body, dorm life and campus are all what you would hope for…crazy good! If you love ND before getting admitted …hang on for the ride of your life

Here Come The Irish…

BillyMc, did you decide for ND?

Indeed. My location is listed as *Ospid

Yay, I’m glad for you! You’ve been such an advocate for ND here at CC. My son will be a freshman too and I’m an alum ('85) myself. Go Irish, indeed!

I guess I’m excited too. :)
