I’m 99% sure I’m applying ED. Is anyone else going to/thinking about apply(ing) ED? Sorry that was a really awkward sentence lol I never said I was going to be an English major XD

I am! But you knew that lol.

yup. I am. I am scared out of my wits, but excited too. If I had ten hands, the index and middle fingers would be crossed on every single one of them.

Good luck to you guys!

I already did.

spoke to some people on the admissions board at brown (fam friends) it’s actually not beneficial to apply ed because they will only take the top top top and it is in fact harder to get deferred than to just get rejected. so make sure you are beyond qualified!

“it is in fact harder to get deferred than to just get rejected”
I’m pretty sure the majority of people are deferred or at least more people are deferred than rejected.

SweetIvyRose, it’s true that they only take the top, but most people just get deferred; they only flat out reject if you’re so terrible your chances of getting in RD are less than zero.

I want to but I probably won’t get in as I’m an Int’l asking for full Fin. Aid. :(

Submitted my supplement, recommendation forms, and international form, and just about everything else EXCEPT FOR Common App D: freakin’ essay…
