While I would love to go to Stanford, Pton is still my top choice by far.

I am. We need to start a Stanford RD Roster.

I applied too

yup.. applying RD.. yale EASC reject.. all the schools i applied to are basically on equal ground right now, after that..

<-------- Love's STANFORD

collegebound- actually i was bouncing around between applying stanford or harvard EA like 3 weeks before apps were due. my decision to apply to harvard EA was partly pressure from parents to stay closer to NJ, and mostly cuz i compared the early admit rates: harvard 23.3%, stanford 20%. i can give you a billion reasons why i wasnt right for harvard and itll sound like im trying to make excuses (which i kinda am), so i wont. actually main reason is i applied for engineering at both, lol (couldnt help it).

edit: and i listed stanford as my first choice to the National Merit Scholarship Corporation, if you think im lying (before harvard early decisions were released).
