I was feeling really confident through the multiple choice. The DBQ was easy, and the essay the first FRQ was a joke but the last set of FRQ killed me. I picked the last one and got completely destroyed by it. I dont think there was one fact in my essay, I made everything up.

my behind hurts

hehe. the last one killed me too. I don't think it even made sense. There wasn't a single essay from part c that I knew. :(

same here I did #7, but had no idea what I was talking about

i hope I got a 4 otherwise there was no point to actually trying

Pfft. It was all easy.

I did #7 as well. Just ramble on about mercantilism and missionaries.

I was surprised with how easy the DBQ was, but Essay C killed me, i did #7- but i had no idea was i was talking about.

ahh it was horrid! i did the first essay from part C of the essays.. it was basically new imperialism right? am i allowed to be saying this? oh no! im going to be hunted down ! ::::Runs:::

the test was HORRID! there were only 38 MC i was POSITIVE i got right, 3 left blank, most of rest between two/three strong candidates (mostly 2)
DBQ- so/so... it took me a while to understand the cartoon lol (and i dont think i did)
essay1-4
essay2-5

oopsies... i also did the last essay, and screwed it up pretty badly. i talked about technology from the old imperialism age... UGHHH... anyone know how much that is going ot hurt my score?

I did 6 in c and thought it was very easy (didn't know much about the other two). I thought both free response were easy as was the dbq. The mc were fairly easy, but wasn't too sure about a good amount. I thought it was fairly easy overall.

FRQ #4 was absolutely a godsend. I'm surprised they put it in there, as we talk about both of those people extensively every year in history. Did anyone choose anything different for FRQ B?

how could you, that essay was entirely too easy, I was cruising through the test until I could to the last set of essays

wow many of you picked the essay that I thought was the hardest, #7. i thought that 6 was by far the easiest, although i didn't finish :P

One FRQ essay is 13.75% of the total grade, hopefully I'll do alright on the last one. I was already so burnt out from U.S., the Euro test started 10 minutes after the US one ended.

can someone please give me their input, about how the AP graders would grade a FR answer that discusses the wrong time period? lol ... i did the last one, but i used technology from the age of exploration...

does anyone know the grading criteria for the free response questions? I have the rubric for the document-based question, but I have no idea on how the following 2 questions are graded!

nita, i don't think youre supposed to talk about the fr in detail until 2 days have passed!!!!!!!!

The DBQ was a godsend too. My teacher talked about that subject constanlty during the year.

Kind of random question, but are you not allowed to ever discuss M/C questions because AP recycles them?

The MC compared to the 1999 test (my teacher gave us this as a pratice) wasn't too bad. I skipped about 5 or 6. Quotes suck. Graphs suck. Expect for those, I thought the 1999 one was tougher.

The DBQ to me was tough. The night before, I was like "oh, I don't need to know too much about anything post WWII since I know mostly everything else". Lo and behold...

I was pressed for time. When the guy said it was recommened to move to part B, I was only half way through the 3nd paragraph of my DBQ. o_o Anyways, I got around 9 documents (majority) and a few POV's. Hopefully enough for a 6+.

I rushed through #4 and #7. #4 was easier to me though because I went a bit more in depth and #7...I used Age of Exploration like the trading companies and ship building. I just realized that the time periods were way off so I guess I'm sunk for #7. Hopefully the graders are more leinent than my teacher (he's a demon when it comes to grading and you have to struggle to get a 6 on a DBQ because he has his own rubric).

I tell you that was the most nerve wracking test I've ever taken...ever (first AP, never took SATs). I couldn't even get the little sticker in the booklet out right (my guidence counselor had to do it...<3 her). But I loosened up eventually I suppose. I won't be suprised if I got a 3, but a 4 would make my day. I don't even care about the college credit...I just want to know I got a 4+ on the test...that's it.
