I applied RD. 1320/1600
I have my own business.

I did. Not sure of my chances getting in, but I’m going to be stressing out all month. It’s hard for me to show a lot of interest in the school when I’m living on the opposite side of the country, but I’m hoping ED will help to cancel that out.
GPA: 3.7
SAT: 1510/1600, 2310/2400

Gofygure…You should geographic diversity on your side. Now is the time to contact your admissions rep for your area by e-mail or regular mail. This shows interest!

Haha, if they’re after diversity, I hope they don’t realize that Western Washington is essentially a colder, wetter Pennsylvania…with better mountains, I suppose.
I applied for an alumnus interview a few days back, even though it says priority is given almost exclusively to the RD applicants, and sent out an email to my regional officer. Will that help me at all?
Anyways, good luck to all of you. Less than a month until we all find out!

i know! i am so nervous, but i cant wait…! good luck to u too! im sure you will get in with those scores though :)

anyone hear back yet?
I went all the way back to the ED1 forums for lehigh last year and they found out like on the 12th but there were some people who managed to find out earlier by looking if their @lehigh email address was created yet. anyone know how to do this?

I was talking to someone from the school about alumni interviews, and he said they were mailing/posting the decisions at the end of the week.
Personally, I want to wait to hear the decision and won’t be trying the email trick. Heck, I’d rather wait to get something in the mail, but I know I won’t be able to stand it.

so they are gonna post them friday u think1?!??!?!??!?!?!/ ahhh thats way better than the 15thh

It is really more exciting to hold out and wait for the mailman to hand you a large brown package…a moment in time you will likely remember the rest of your life. Very few people though can resist the urge to keep checking their e-mail… but when you hear the “musical e-mail” that moment too is one you’ll never forget…ever. Good Luck!

Hey, I’m not promising you anything, here! The person who emailed me just mentioned it in passing. It could be that they mail them out on Saturday and get them delivered on the 15th/16th. I really have no idea.
And WaitingDad, yeah, I’m going to try my best to wait. If I don’t get anything by the 16th, though, I’m sure I’ll go insane and look.

" Due to an unscheduled computer upgrade which is out of our control, admissions decisions will not be posted on this site until approximately December 15th. Decisions will be mailed via snail mail on Friday December 11th. We apologize for the delay, and any confusion this upgrade may have caused. Thank you in advance for your understanding. "

ahhhhh!

Well, it looks like we won’t be finding out early. I think I want to wait for a letter now anyway. But hey, I was thinking…
Yesterday, Lehigh called my mother during the day saying that they didn’t have a random financial aid form that she needs to complete because technically she runs her own business (she does Day Care). BUT I was thinking… why would Lehigh be looking at my financial aid stuff if I was being rejected? If I was rejected, they probably would have never noticed, unless they take the time to prepare financial aid packages for all applicants? Maybe that’s a good sign! Or I might be looking into it too much…

What do you guys think?

FA department is separate from admissions. Even if you were rejected in ED you may still probably have eligibility in the RD pool so they just do their thing. On another note…I believe the ED acceptance letter was a normal sized letter, just thick. The RD acceptance came in the large brown package. Have a tip ready for your mailman!!!

Darn, now I’m gonna get my hopes up when I see a small letter, and it’ll turn out to be a rejection, instead!
The fact that I’m not in the top 10% of my class has been killing me, these last few days. Good luck surviving until the 15th!

Gofygure…I have a feeling you may kiss the mailman. You have going for you: ED, female, geographic diversity, engineering female and excellent SAT’s. What was your class rank?
