Thank So much

Amherst and Williams gives just about the same amount of financial aid. My Williams package was within 50 dollars of Amherst's. Then again, the financial aid package you get with your acceptance letter is only an estimate, so the prices will change a little; though neglible enough so that you do not have to worry.

to an international -DEFINITELY Williams!

It's really not a meaningful question--whether Williams averages better finaid or Amherst, it's what the schools are offering you that counts. Obviously your decision on where to apply shouldn't be affected by the average aid offered by the schools and by the time you know where you've been accepted and are deciding where to attend, you will know which school has offered you a better package.

Just for your curiousity's sake, Amherst and Williams are pretty similar in the aid they offer to American students. Williams is better for internationals than Amherst is.
