<p>well i think its primarily there for those that have been accepted to make sure they have all their financial aid stuff in… so that they can start getting fin aid offers back to help them make a choice about USC… it used to be that anyone who was accepted usually got the link, but i think now its mostly a blanket update… meaning anyone, acceptances and rejections, get the link. so we probably won’t know until we get the letter in the mail. but we can always be optimistic! although, who knows, my rejection could already be sitting in the mail – i’m not in the U.S. right now. crossing my fingers for a larger packet though when i get back!</p>

<p>The missing doc link, (yes this is the Oasis link), originally signaled an impending acceptance. Now however, not completely sure. I would however, still lean towards this being an acceptance, as why would they need any missing docs? It may represent a spring admit, or quite possibly, it is clerical in nature to signify the final decisions.</p>
<p>Earlier, the RSVP access was also indicative of acceptance, but I believe the RSVP wasn’t always available upon the final status update. If you have the RSVP capability for more than one date, it indicated regular admittance, only one date, represented Spring admit. Again, not sure if this still applies.</p>
<p>I think it is most likely that those dated today will have many rejections, with some spring admits, and hopefully (fingers crossed) more will be accepted. I am just not as hopeful anymore after seeing some of the amazing stats from students that were denied admittance. </p>
<p>I’ve come to expect seeing the same old status from 3/16 the 38428 times a day I checked, but I got this update too. Bad sign, right? Updates in the last days of March aren’t good…I wonder where my rejection letter is…</p>

Damn, I thought the Oasis link was a sure sign for acceptance. Well, I guess I’ll know for certain within a couple days. :/</p>

OMG… I think many people who got an update on 3/31 have the oasis link.
No one knows about it. so… lets think its all good sign !!
