<p>^ I was very careful in describing Ackers as a diversity initiative, and your post confirms that: there are many kinds of diversity beyond minority status.</p>

<p>Got accepted to UB a few days back just 2 days after submitting my UB SMART application. I think I’m the only person who is posting here being accepted for Fall 2013… so here are some fresh admission stats.</p>
<p>Accepted to the civil engineering major. No news about scholarships, but on the scholarships tab on my UB profile, I had a letter saying that scholarships will be handed over in March 2013 and I may be eligible give my strong grades.</p>

<p>Yeah, I was early decision. It was kind of a spur of the moment thing I decided to do, pretty happy I did it though because its nice to know what college you will be attending!</p>
