First in my family to attend college
I have quite the unique ethnicity (not sure if they care about this though)</p>
<p>I never played any sports or joined any clubs and the only volunteer work I’ve done is at Kaiser Permanente Hospital. So maybe my CommonApp essay helped? I’m not sure, but since I was accepted into all the schools I applied using the CommonaApp I suppose it was good enough.</p>

<p>Sadly, if you get the 10/8/6k, then you’re not eligible for University Scholars. You would’ve gotten a University Scholars invite instead in the mail.</p>
<p>@Stimulations do you know the stats of the people who got it?</p>
<p>I also applied to Seattle University (super easy to get accepted) and the University of Puget Sound. I’m still waiting for the UCs and the University of Washington, but those come out later this week/month.</p>
<p>Got in! 3.3 gpa, multiple APs, good essays, 120 ish service hours, many clubs and 2 leadership positions, 1 jv & 1 varsity sport, 1710 SAT, 25 ACT (science and reading killed my score but my math and English were high). Awesome way to end the day getting my first college acceptance (didn’t apply for any early admissions/ indecisive and turned in my college apps at there Jan/feb deadlines)</p>

<p>I spoke with Admissions this a.m. They said they’ll continue sending out letters as late as first week in April! Accepted student weekend is April 6 which makes it awfully hard to plan for if you are out of state and don’t want to book a flight until you know!</p>
<p>My app was processed Feb. 19 and I still haven’t heard back, is that bad news? I know MominOregon1 said they’ll continue to notify through the first week of April, but don’t they notify you 3-4 weeks from the time your app was processed? I’m a little scared I didn’t get in now.</p>

<p>I haven’t heard anything either! I may call tomorrow and just ask what the status of my application is.</p>
<p>I called today because I haven’t heard anything back either! They told me that I should hear back by the end of the month. I’m a little freaked out because USF is my number 1 choice.</p>
